Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash into 1-inch pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until the squash is tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Cut the butternut squash into even-sized pieces for consistent cooking. For extra sweetness, increase the amount of brown sugar.
