Ingredients

4 flour tortillas (or low-carb wraps)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 strips turkey bacon (cooked & chopped)

Olive oil spray

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set.

2. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to soften.

3. Place scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.

4. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly into a burrito shape.

5. Secure each roll with a toothpick and spray lightly with olive oil.

6. Place seam-side down in air fryer basket.

7. Cook at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway until golden.

8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or fruit.
