Quick and delicious cheesy tortilla garlic bread made in the air fryer, perfect for a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • Softened butter
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Spread softened butter over the flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edge.
  2. Load each buttered tortilla with shredded cheese and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stack the tortillas on top of each other and place them in a preheated air fryer at 375°F for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove when cheese is deep golden brown with crispy edges and allow to cool for a minute or two.
  5. Slice into individual servings using a pizza cutter.

Notes

You can add cheddar or pepper jack for different flavors, and incorporate diced tomatoes or olives for extra kick.
