- 2 flour tortillas
- Softened butter
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle of garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Spread softened butter over the flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edge.
- Load each buttered tortilla with shredded cheese and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Stack the tortillas on top of each other and place them in a preheated air fryer at 375°F for about 5 minutes.
- Remove when cheese is deep golden brown with crispy edges and allow to cool for a minute or two.
- Slice into individual servings using a pizza cutter.
Notes
You can add cheddar or pepper jack for different flavors, and incorporate diced tomatoes or olives for extra kick.
