Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding some paprika or onion powder to the seasoning mix. Make sure to cut the potato shapes evenly for consistent cooking.
