- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add salmon pieces to the bowl and coat well with the honey garlic mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon bites in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve with rice, veggies, or salads.
Notes
Cut the salmon into even pieces for uniform cooking. Pat dry for better browning and avoid overcrowding the basket.
