Instructions
- Cut the string cheese sticks in half.

- Dip each cheese stick half in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumb mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Place the coated cheese sticks in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Spray the basket with olive oil and arrange the frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer.
- Spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
