- 4 medium potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
For even cooking, slice the potatoes evenly. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket, and feel free to experiment with different spices.
