- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve over cooked rice or veggies, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
Notes
Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for optimal crispiness.
