- 1 cup cooked rice or mashed potatoes (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat with onion and garlic powder until the meat is fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
- Stir in the mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes if desired.

For a healthier option, use lean ground beef. Add extra vegetables for more flavor and nutrition.
