- 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and broccoli florets.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the apple and broccoli mixture.
- Add the chopped nuts and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use different nuts or seeds based on preference. Sunflower seeds work wonderfully. Add lemon juice to keep apples fresh if storing leftovers.
