Muffin tin
Ice water (optional for peeling)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
2. Place one egg in each muffin tin cavity.
3. Bake for 25–30 minutes depending on desired yolk texture.
4. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5–10 minutes.
5. Peel and serve or store in the fridge.
Notes
Older eggs peel more easily.
Use a muffin tin to prevent rolling.
Try baking fewer eggs on the center rack for even cooking.
