- 2 salmon fillets
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (herbed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: vegetables or rice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of the salmon fillets.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables or rice.
Notes
Feel free to add herbs or switch the Boursin cheese with other flavored cheeses to customize the dish.
