Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

Golden, melty baked cranberry brie bites wrapped in puff pastry, an easy, elegant holiday appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

1 sheet puff pastry or crescent dough

1 wheel brie cheese, cut into cubes

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Chopped nuts or honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

2. Cut pastry into 12 squares and place in muffin cups.

3. Add a cube of brie to each pastry square.

4. Top each with 1 tsp cranberry sauce.

5. Fold pastry corners slightly inward.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.

7. Cool slightly, garnish with rosemary or nuts, and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare bites ahead and refrigerate before baking.

Swap cranberry sauce with fig or apricot jam for variations.

Best served warm, but can be reheated in oven for 5–10 minutes.
