Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, maple syrup, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
- If using, add the milk to reach your desired consistency. Fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes in the tin before transferring the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor. Feel free to customize with different add-ins like nuts or dried fruit.
