- 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Skewers (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the sausage pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
- Arrange the coated sausage bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and caramelized.
- Optionally, thread the sausage bites onto skewers for easier serving.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
For a sweeter glaze, add a little more honey. You can also mix in chopped bell pepper or pineapple for different flavors.
