Ingredients

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into small patties to fit the slider buns.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop until fully cooked.
  5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty in the last few minutes of cooking to melt.
  6. Toast the slider buns in the oven or on a skillet.
  7. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom bun.
  8. Layer each patty, pickles, lettuce, and tomato on top of the sauce.
  9. Cover with the top bun and secure with a toothpick if desired.
