- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Pickles
- Lettuce
- Tomato (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into small patties to fit the slider buns.
- Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop until fully cooked.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty in the last few minutes of cooking to melt.
- Toast the slider buns in the oven or on a skillet.
- Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom bun.
- Layer each patty, pickles, lettuce, and tomato on top of the sauce.
- Cover with the top bun and secure with a toothpick if desired.
- Serve warm at your party or game day gathering.
