Ingredients
Ground beef
Chopped onions
Shredded cheddar cheese
Frozen tater tots
Pickles (diced)
Shredded lettuce (optional)
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Mustard
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Brown beef with onions; drain fat.
3. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder into beef.
4. Spread beef mixture in baking dish.
5. Top with shredded cheddar and diced pickles.
6. Arrange tater tots evenly on top.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
8. Top with shredded lettuce before serving.
Notes
Can be made ahead and stored in fridge before baking.
Freeze for up to 2 months unbaked; bake from frozen, adding 10–15 minutes.
