Ingredients
6 large eggs
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup diced veggies (spinach, onion, bell pepper)
½ cup shredded cheese
½ cup cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chopped veggies, meat, and cheese.
4. Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until centers are set.
6. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use silicone liners to prevent sticking.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 2 months.
