- 2 Cadbury chocolate bars
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Melt the Cadbury chocolate bars in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream.
- Once well combined, incorporate a small amount of melted chocolate until mixed.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a silicone mold and freeze for about 15 minutes.
- Once the chocolate base is hardened, fill the centers with the whipped cream mixture.
- Cover with more melted chocolate to seal and freeze until solid.
- Once fully set, remove from the mold and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftover bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
