- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, pickles
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper over medium heat until softened.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the Cajun chicken mixture on hamburger buns and add optional toppings if desired.
