Ingredients

  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and slice them into thin half-moons.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers with the shredded imitation crab meat.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until dissolved.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and crab mixture, tossing to coat.
