Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into a shallow serving dish.
4. Top with apple pie filling and drizzle with caramel sauce.
5. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or toffee bits if desired.
6. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.
