Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix.
- Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped green onions.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans if using.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing. Consider adding diced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
