- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cheddar cheese, onion, pickles, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun and adding ketchup and mustard.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These sliders can be customized with various toppings and sauces. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
