Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
4 large tortillas
1/4 cup mayonnaise or garlic aioli
Instructions
1. Season and sauté chicken until golden.
2. Add butter and garlic to skillet.
3. Return chicken, stir in cheese.
4. Spread mayo on tortillas.
5. Fill and roll each tortilla.
6. Toast wraps until golden and crisp.
Notes
Don’t overfill wraps for easier rolling.
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
Customize with extra veggies or spice.
