- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine mozzarella and parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Form cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
- Dip each bite in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture. To store leftovers, cool completely before placing in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to three months.
