Easy one-pan Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage made with simple ingredients for a hearty, flavor-packed family meal.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered

14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds

2 tbsp olive oil

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Black pepper to taste

2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Sour cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.

3. Spread potatoes in dish and bake for 25 minutes.

4. Add sausage slices and stir. Bake 15 more minutes.

5. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 5-7 minutes more until melted and bubbly.

6. Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream if desired.

Notes

You can prep ingredients the night before for quick assembly.

Substitute turkey or plant-based sausage if preferred.

To make it creamier, add 2 tbsp heavy cream with the seasoning.
