- 1 tube of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (like oregano or basil)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into squares.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and Italian herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use cold dough for easier handling. Don’t overfill to avoid leaks and press edges well to seal. Brush garlic butter twice for more flavor.
