Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups brewed tea (black or green)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pitted cherries and sugar, and blend until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, mix the brewed tea, cherry puree, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Store any leftover iced tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add more brewed tea if it gets too sweet.
