Ingredients

  • 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies
  • White chocolate melting wafers
  • Holly berry sprinkles
  • Light colored baking sheets

Instructions

  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate it for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls for uniform cookies.
  3. Bake the cookies and let them cool completely before decorating.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on half power.
  5. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and lay on wax or parchment paper.
  6. Allow the chocolate-dipped cookies to set and harden.
  7. Pour any remaining melted white chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle over the dipped cookies.
  8. Before the drizzle sets, add holly berry sprinkles for decoration.

Notes

Use light-colored baking sheets for even baking. Experiment with different types of chocolate or sprinkles.
