Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mashed avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the chicken and avocado mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
- Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
