- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup homemade basil pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and vegetables.
- Add the homemade basil pesto and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
