- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Once grilled, slice the chicken into strips.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet or grill.
- Assemble tacos by placing chicken strips on tortillas and topping with chopped onion and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top and serve.
Notes
For best taste, warm the tortillas right before serving.
