Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz egg noodles
3 tbsp butter, divided
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season and sear chicken in 1 tbsp butter. Set aside.
2. Melt 1 tbsp butter, sauté garlic.
3. Add broth, bring to boil.
4. Add noodles, simmer until tender.
5. Stir in final tbsp butter and Parmesan.
6. Return sliced chicken to pan.
7. Toss, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Use thighs or pre-cooked chicken to save time.
Add peas or spinach for extra veggies.
Store leftovers with a splash of broth.
