- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic, sliced zucchinis, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Add sesame seeds or chopped green onions for garnish. Use lime juice for extra flavor.
