- 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pudding for 1 hour to thicken.
- Serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries if desired.
Notes
Store the pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving if it firmed up.
