These Christmas Kitchen Sink Cookies are festive, chewy, and packed with everything sweet and salty; perfect for holiday gifting or a cookie swap.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups total mix-ins (M&M’s, pretzels, peppermint bits, white chocolate, toffee, etc.)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet until just combined.

5. Fold in your mix-ins: M&M’s, pretzels, white chocolate, peppermint.

6. Scoop dough into 2-tbsp balls. Place on prepared sheets.

7. Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden around the edges.

8. Let cool on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes

Chill dough for 30–60 minutes for thicker cookies.

Feel free to switch mix-ins based on your holiday pantry.

Freeze cookie dough balls for up to 3 months.
