Ingredients
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cubed brie or gouda
1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
1/2 cup salami slices
1/4 cup prosciutto
1/2 cup red and green grapes
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup olives (green & black)
Handful of cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup nuts (almonds or pecans)
Rosemary sprigs (for garnish & tree shape)
Mini crackers or breadsticks
1 slice cheddar (cut into a star shape)
Instructions
1. Lay rosemary sprigs on a large board to form a triangle tree shape.
2. Layer ingredients in horizontal rows; alternate meats, cheeses, fruits, and nuts.
3. Use different colors/textures for contrast.
4. Place cheddar star at the top of the tree.
5. Add breadsticks as the tree trunk.
6. Fill empty spaces with pomegranate seeds and herbs.
7. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Use vegan cheese and marinated veggies to make it vegetarian.
Add chocolate-dipped pretzels for a sweet touch.
Prep a few hours in advance, but add crackers just before serving.
