- 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to cinnamon roll package instructions.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, then place them in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
For a citrus twist, add a little orange zest to the egg mix. These bites can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
