- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cooked chicken and frozen vegetables, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, you can use rotisserie chicken and fresh vegetables instead of frozen. This recipe can also be customized for dietary preferences.
