Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and peanut butter or almond butter.
  2. Stir until the mixture is well blended and forms a dough-like consistency.
  3. If desired, fold in dried fruit, chopped nuts, and seeds for extra flavor and texture.
  4. Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
