- 1 pound corned beef, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced corned beef and cook until slightly crispy.
- Stir in the onion and carrots, cooking until soft.
- Add the chopped cabbage and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir in the garlic powder, black pepper, and Dijon mustard.
- Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors meld together.
- Serve warm.
