- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, and paprika; mix until well combined.
- Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and top each steak with a generous portion of the cowboy butter.
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Use room-temperature butter for easy mixing. Pat steaks dry before seasoning for a better sear.
