- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 pound bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4 cups hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage and bacon over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, bacon, hash browns, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before cutting for easier serving.
