Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 pound bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage and bacon over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage, bacon, hash browns, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
