This Crack Chicken Casserole is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with bacon. A comfort food favorite made with simple ingredients and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

6 oz cream cheese, softened

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

½ cup green onions (optional)

1 ½ cups cooked pasta

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 dish.

2. Mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and sour cream until smooth.

3. Stir in chicken, pasta, cheddar cheese, and most of the bacon.

4. Spread into dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon.

5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

6. Garnish with green onions, serve warm.

Notes

Use cauliflower instead of pasta for low-carb version.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days.

Can be frozen up to 3 months.
