- 8 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top and add the top half of the rolls.
- Brush the melted butter on top of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken mixture a day in advance and assemble the sliders just before baking.
