- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2–3 jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, corn, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, shredded cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once heated through and the cheese is melted, serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
For less heat, use 1 jalapeño and remove the seeds. Stir the dip once during cooking to heat evenly.
