A warm, creamy dip featuring salty bacon, sweet corn, and spicy jalapeño, perfect for parties and game days.

  • Total Time: 130 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 23 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, corn, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, shredded cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once heated through and the cheese is melted, serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

For less heat, use 1 jalapeño and remove the seeds. Stir the dip once during cooking to heat evenly.
