Ingredients
2 to 2.5 lb boneless turkey breast
1 cup fresh cranberries
½ cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a roasting pan with foil.
2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, zest, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
3. Simmer glaze for 8–10 minutes until thickened.
4. Rub turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Place in pan and roast for 50–60 minutes (25 min per pound).
6. Brush glaze on turkey every 15–20 minutes while baking.
7. When internal temp reaches 165°F, remove from oven and rest 10–15 minutes.
8. Slice and serve with extra glaze spooned over the top.
Notes
You can prep the glaze 2–3 days ahead.
For a spicier twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Bone-in turkey breast also works but will require more cooking time.
