This cranberry sauce is a quick and delicious side made with just four ingredients. It’s bright, tangy, and perfect for holidays or everyday meals.

Ingredients

12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries

¾ cup sugar

1 cup water or orange juice

1 tsp orange zest (optional)

Instructions

1. Combine cranberries, sugar, and liquid in a saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 10–12 minutes.

3. Stir occasionally until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.

4. Remove from heat, stir in zest, and cool.

Notes

Store up to 10 days refrigerated.

Great with turkey, cheese, or baked goods.

Add cinnamon, bourbon, or nuts for variation.
