A quick and delicious creamy garlic chicken ramen dish, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth, and bring it to a boil.
  4. Add ramen noodles, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, and return the cooked chicken to the pot.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can customize this dish with other vegetables or proteins. Best served hot.
