- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, and bring it to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, and return the cooked chicken to the pot.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can customize this dish with other vegetables or proteins. Best served hot.
